Participants interested in Pilates Reformer classes are required to have 5 hours of private/duet training or enroll in our NEW Introductory Reformer Series prior to joining a class. Participants may be evaluated during a class series to assess appropriate training for Reformer class sessions. Registration schedule:

  • Jun 16th ... July, August, September
  • Sep 16th ... October, November, December
  • Dec 16th ... January, February, March
  • Mar 16th ... April, May, June

Participants currently enrolled in a Pilates Reformer class have priority to register for the same class time from the 1st - 15th before each registration date.
Open registration starts on the 16th of each round.

PILATES REFORMER CLASS OPTIONS

  • Intro Class: A beginner class recommended for those new to using the Pilates reformer.
  • Classical Intermediate: Based on the foundational Pilates movements, focusing on form, technique, breath work and core strengthening.
  • Fitness & Tone Intermediate Class: A higher intensity Pilates class emphasizing the jump board, cardiovascular work, heavier resistance and increased stamina.
  • Mother’s Group: A private group recommended for mothers. Classes may be booked at member request with a minimum of three participants. Contact the Pilates Program Manager to schedule.


Reformer classes are ideal for healthy individuals with no acute injuries. If you are interested in working on rehabilitation for specific injuries we recommend that you schedule private training sessions.
