Youth Sports Classes & Camps

For more information on Sports Programs, please contact Josh Steinharter at 415-292-1253 or jsteinharter@jccsf.org.sports

The JCCSF offers a variety of sports programs for children of all ages, from preschoolers to teens. We teach specific sports and skills so that each child has a sense of achievement and personal success. As children get older, team experiences become more competitive. Learning to deal with competition in an appropriate manner is one of the skills we address. Our coaches and assistants have experience with young children, as well as playing and coaching sports.

We create a positive environment for learning and playing, teaching respect for one another and, most importantly, having fun! Classes for younger children throughout the year offer the opportunity for skill development in a fun, recreational setting. The JCCSF also offers opportunities for skill development and competitive play in sports leagues. League participation includes end-of-season awards dinners and may include field trips to professional games.

The JCCSF is a proud member of the PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) Local Partners Program. The Positive Coaching Alliance is a non-profit organization based at Stanford University whose mission is to "transform youth sports so sports can transform youth." For more information, please visit www.positivecoach.org.

Parents, are you interested in playing sports yourselves? Please click here for more information about our Adult sports program.

The Youth Sports Programs at the JCCSF are made possible in part through the generosity of The David B. Gold Foundation.
